Village project build up at Mr. Paintball Escondido, Ca. ** Click on picture to open in a new window ** March 22nd 2009: Today we went down to move 50 pods that were waiting for us. It was raining for the first part of the morning but dried up later, making it easier to move them. We began laying out the general area of where we wanted them to be. We're still nowhere close to finished.. but as you can see in the pictures.. it's coming along pretty well. The 'flat' is pretty much done as far as the placement of the pods. We're going to be adding some smaller 'low' cover.. some tire barrels and some concrete 'rubble'. We're also trying to get more vehicles to put in the area. We began developing the outside dirt lot, where the 'old' back field parking used to be. We laid out the pods so that we can begin the development on "The Market". Soon, we'll finish layout of the market and then we plan to build smaller items to really give it that 'market' feel. Things such as fruit stands, market awnings, etc.. etc... Here are some pics from today. ** Please note.. you'll see some pictures of us 'damaging' the vehicle on the field. Please understand that we are damaging the vehicle as part of the 'look' of the village. DO NOT INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE THE VILLAGE OR PROPS on the field. Thank you. When we showed up we had 43 new pods waiting for us, we worked for about 5 hours and only got through 15 of them. But we are confident that once we finish moving them all, that you're going to like the final result. In the mean time, here are some updated pictures.
