How to maintain your gas blow back airsoft gun.
Demonstrated by Cody
*The gun used for illustration is a KJW M9 Berretta but this information can be used on any GBB that can be field striped.

Step 1 Step 2
Here is a look your gas blow back in it's original form, ready to be cleaned Remove the top slide and clean with some 'no lent' toilet paper or a cotton towel
Step 3 Step 4
Apply your silicon airsoft oil to the outer slide guides Pull back the hammer and apply some oil to the pivot joint and springs (if applicable)
Step 5 Step 6
Sparingly apply oil to the inside of the gas chamber. Carefully pull forward the 'loader' and apply the outer casing.
Step 7 Step 8
Apply a small amount of silicon airsoft oil to the inside of the slide guides. Using a small piece of 'no-lent' paper towel, insert it into the end of your barrel cleaning rod.
Step 9 Step 10
Spray it with your silicon oil Carefully insert the cleaning rod into the front of the barrel.
Step 11 Step 12
As you 'twist' the cleaning rod, slowly push in the rod until you feel a slight resistance.  At that point STOP! Apply a small amount of oil to the 'purge' valve on you GBB magazine.
Step 13 Step 14
Sparingly spray a little oil to the gas output chamber. Apply a small amount of silicon oil to the 'charge' valve on the bottom of your mag.
After you are finished, reassemble your airsoft gun and test fire a half magazine of premium airsoft BB's.  Your weapon should fire & load smoothly.  If it doesn't you may have a problem with your gun and may want to have it check by a qualified technician.
