-FPS Limit is 400 with .20g BBs
-Water and a water carrying device. BRING PLENTY OF WATER!!! (Or Gatorade or some kind of hydrating drink)
-Full seal ANSI rated goggles ? Minimum (No sunglasses unless they offer a full seal around the eyes.)

Start preparing for your character now! For our contest we will be looking for the most authentic and complete costume. These players will be the only exception to the uniform restrictions listed above. Of course, some modern day substitutions of gear are to be expected as long as it stays with the theme. Get creative and have a blast!

Dust Wars Scenarios


The Alllies and the Axis are fierce fighting over a special material called Endurium. It was created and manufactured by a Swiss company which has mastered its refinement and mining. Endurium is a very lightweight and durable alloy that is key in the construction of Lightweight air droppable mechanized. units. There is one factory on the border of Switzerland which produces this ore. Because of the Swiss neutrality neither side can control this precious metal. The Swiss though have remained completely neutral and will sell the ore to either side on a first come first serve basis. Due to the arduous terrain only small amounts can be exported at a time. The Dust wars commence with the procuring of this material and a bloody battle will be fought because of it.

Scenario 1: The Land Grab
The Axis and the Allies are in a head to head battle for land control In this scenario. There are six key areas that must be held by either side. Each of these areas are marked with a Flag. When the area is captured by either side the side that is in control can respawn from that flag. Control of each section will be announced over the radio. Capturing the most Areas will be the most beneficial to a side for the next scenario.

Scenario 2: I Got Money Give Me Ore.
There are seven points of interest on the map. These include the Allied FOB and the Axs FOB. Four Landing zones that are capturable and necessary for the export of the ore. Last the Swiss factory which produces the ore and must be purchased by war bonds. Players score victory here team by capturing and holding landing zones and delivering the Endurium to them. Allied and Axis leaders must communicate by radio to HQ for pickup of the ore to Score victory.

Scenario 1a & 2a
Distributed through the ranks are VIPS and scattered out on the field may be the war bonds which are necessary for the purchase of the Endurium. Intel will be provided to both sides on the possible locations and procurement of these war bonds.

0800 Registration Opens ? Players are processed at the registration desk set up on right side near the entrance to main parking area for Mr. Paintball. After players have been registered, they will make their way to the back field parking area to prepare for the day.

0915 Opening Assembly ? Players are welcomed on the upper parade ground and are given final instructions regarding rules and objectives by AEX Games staff.

1000 Game Commences: Scenario 1: The Land Grab

1215 Break for Lunch ? Players are responsible for providing their own food and water. Remember to stay hydrated.

1330 Game Continues: Scenario 2: I Got Money Give Me Ore.

1530 Closing Ceremonies ? AEX Games staff provides an after action report and Players participate in a raffle.

1630 Event Ends

Ooooh! I hope the uniform requirement is like the graphic novel! A mix of WW2 with a modern tone to it!

I don't know this game system, but googling it, I found that all the women-soldiers wore uniforms that were pretty skimpy... almost lingerie-like! I'd like to see that on the battlefield!

Lynn is the only woman who can play airsoft, there is no role play in her.

For those not familiar with Paulo Parente's "Dust", it's an alternate history game in which the Nazi's find an alien spaceship during the middle of WW2. On the spacecraft they find a live alien that they force to reveal the secrets of their technology. Because of this, the Nazi's are able to draw WW2 into a stalemate. However, the Allies quickly steal the alien technology as well. Now it's the 1950's and the war continues to rage on. But this time with hi-tech weaponry and armor, robotic walking tanks, regeneration technology (zombies), and mind transference.

Since this is heavily themed, is there going to be some sort of costume contest?

As for the story-line, we can assume the Soviets are still knee deep in it, right?

If so, I'd like to run as this type of Soviet soldier:

The Soviets allied with the Chinese to make the Sino-Soviet Union. So yeah, the Reds are actually the most heavily engaged in this fight.

And I personally would love to see what kind of "alternate" WW2/Korean War/Vietnam-mix impressions people will come up at this game! For instance, the main American character, Joe, uses what appears to be a lever-action "EX-41" grenade launcher:

Hey, is there an airsoft version of the Burp Gun from top t's post?

AGM has finally figured out there is a nearly untapped market of WW2 buffs out there that would love to have a cheap firing model of the weapons of that time. Not only are they making the Ppsh, but also the STEN gun. What the availability of these guns will be is anyone's guess, however.

What happened to the Japanesse & Italians? Can you play Allies units, Canadian, British, Indian, French, Polish, & Aussie's?
I would like to know of I can play Alamo Scouts Philippine Unit? Do we have to cover our M4 Rails with PVC Cover to look like US Ranger Gun, or use M14 or Tompsons? Thanks...
