SVT team shirt, oakley arrays and tac gloves, tigerstripe pants, straight from turky legit shemag /setting up a juggernaut medic rig. going to get a helmet and some kind of lower padding

Matrix vest, WELCO boots, thunder B grenade,hydro bladder, medic pouch *not in photos*, battle belt, possible a sholder holster or drop leg for my G18c... idk yet.
